Why can't I call into the room from my computer?
The most common reason is that you have an old version of Adobe Flash installed. Please visit the Adobe Flash website to install a newer version. Calling into a ClackPoint room requires Flash version 10 or greater.
Why can only a few people call into my room?
Whilst in beta, ClackPoint limits the number of simultaneous callers into the room to 5. If you need to allow more people into your room, please use the Feedback tab to let us know.
